Entreprenista needed a seamlessly produced, multi-day summit that not only elevated its brand but also delivered meaningful value to founders, executives, sponsors, and VIPs.
KRo Events managed every facet of the three-day conference, hosting 250 attendees across 10 hours of main-stage programming, concurrent breakout sessions, receptions, breakfast gatherings, an outdoor VIP yoga class, and a private dinner. The team executed staging, AV, signage, photo booths, rehearsals, and full show calling, ensuring a polished experience for 34 speakers across four stages. KRo also curated 250 premium gift bags with 100 products each and created Instagrammable moments throughout the venue that amplified social sharing and community energy. A dedicated photo and video team captured key moments, including a live podcast recording, to extend the event’s impact beyond the weekend. The experience was so well received that attendees immediately asked when the next conference would be held. Most importantly, it strengthened Entreprenista’s membership value by inspiring referrals and motivating attendees to recruit new members.
