KRo Events transformed Moonlight Studios in Manhattan into a mock “Store of the Future,” designing seven activation areas that blended physical product elements with digital renderings of new store concepts. Each tour was tailored to the visiting client, with customized logos, product assortments, and brand visuals updated for every walk-through. KRo managed venue scouting, production, lighting, digital graphics, hospitality, and all VIP check-ins to create a consistently elevated environment. Luxury touches such as collagen-infused beverages enhanced the experience and reinforced the brand’s premium positioning. The activation generated strong commercial outcomes, with many partners choosing to secure future store space after the event. Attendees repeatedly praised it as the most impressive B2B retail mock-up they had ever experienced.
