Lincoln wanted to immerse a select group of influencers in an intimate, sensory-driven experience that showcased the brand’s focus on wellbeing, craftsmanship, and urban luxury.
KRo Events created a once-in-a-lifetime rooftop glamping activation at Pier 17, complete with Lincoln test drives, a curated chef’s dinner, and a custom sleep experience featuring city-inspired white noise mixed live overnight by composer Anders Rhedin. Influencers slept under the skyline as Anders blended ten hours of ambient sounds recorded throughout New York, resulting in what guests described as “the best sleep you ever had in the city that never sleeps.” KRo managed influencer sourcing, contracting, briefings, itinerary design, travel logistics, gifting, and every surprise-and-delight moment on-site. The experience generated elevated, authentic content that aligned perfectly with Lincoln’s brand pillars of revitalization and calm amidst the energy of the city. Guests described it as one of the most memorable automotive experiences they had ever participated in. The activation strengthened Lincoln’s cultural positioning through intimacy, creativity, and emotional resonance.
