Lincoln needed a safe, personalized way to maintain VIP engagement during a period when live events were extremely limited.
KRo Events created a series of bespoke HeyMama Daycations for eight authentic influencers, each centered on a Lincoln Aviator test drive and a customized local experience. Activities included a Hamptons picnic and salt-therapy session, private horseback lessons, a personal acrylic painting class with a five-course chef’s tasting lunch, family stargazing with an astronomer, and a private Potomac River boat tour with a custom charcuterie board. KRo handled all communications, scheduling, creative proposals, itineraries, décor, food, beverages, gifting, and on-site concierge support. Pre-event shipment kits included snack baskets, gift cards for fuel, and themed teasers. These tailor-made experiences yielded genuine appreciation and bonus content far beyond contracted expectations. The Daycation series reinforced Lincoln’s values of personalization, luxury, and meaningful care for its community.
