As a title sponsor, Land Rover needed a presence at the Kentucky Three-Day Event that felt genuinely connected to equestrian culture while still showcasing the brand’s adventurous spirit.

KRo designed a multi-acre experience anchored by interactive test drives for all ages, a premium VIP tailgate, and signature touches like a custom dog lounge and the Ultimate Stable centerpiece. Our team managed all staffing from product specialists to driving instructors along with hotel coordination, hospitality, and on-site guest flow. The environment was designed to be open, warm, and easy to explore, giving guests multiple ways to experience Land Rover in a setting that matched their lifestyle. Throughout the event, the activation attracted consistent foot traffic and sparked high engagement. Land Rover ultimately saw significant increases in KMI (Keep Me Informed) leads and on-site interaction, making this one of their strongest brand activations at the event.
