MEET THE TEAM

KIM ROSE

Beginning her career in restaurant management, Kim moved to the fast-paced world of resort hotel management serving as F & B Director at two of the busiest resorts in the Florida Keys. A chance opportunity to travel around the world on an advance team for the 2004 Athens Olympic Torch Relay and Kim was hooked on events!

Known for her get-it-done attitude, problem solving and even temperament Kim has been at the helm of numerous complex and high-profile programs, both here and abroad, since the beginning of KRo Events in 2012. The company has grown from a team of 1 to a team of many and from 10 events to 50 events a year.

LINDSAY FEELEY

Lindsay has been planning events for 16 years and is always looking for a new challenge. Her technology background, love of social media and DIY skills can help to customize any event.

She started planning events with Maybelline NY before transitioning to the client side within luxury automotive and then to KRo Events. She has delivered successful brand extensions during major events such as the Masters, NY Fashion Week, Oscars, Coachella, Art Basel and the Super Bowl.

DAVID CHALFA

David has 15 years of experience in production and events. Starting out as an A/V Engineer specializing in the design of performance venues, he has worked on over 200 projects across the US. David managed a team of engineers in various vertical markets. His passion for events and production expanded when he started tour managing bands and coordinating production crews for festivals. This multi-faceted approach has taught David that all things are possible with planning and the right team in place.

BARBARA VERGEL

Barbara is a seasoned Event Producer with 15+ years of experiential marketing experience within the automotive, hospitality and education sectors working on all facets of events and partnerships. 

She began her experiential marketing career planning formal events and galas for private schools in New Jersey. Her love for curating larger bespoke consumer events led her into the automotive world where she went on designing and executing brand and product launches, national retailer trainings, ride and drive activations, journalist media drive tours, consumer sponsorship events, and auto shows. 

 

HANNAH BENES

Starting her career with luxury hospitality brands, Hannah has created, developed, and hosted many events including large scale corporate retreats, to one-on-one customized unique experiences. She has worked with VIPs throughout her career, tailoring each event as needed. Hannah's focus is supporting and managing influencer experiences, connecting and cultivating digital content for great results.

ALLIE ISNARDI

Allie has been working with influencers for over seven years. Her career began working in-house with a Forbes Top Creator, managing campaigns across hundreds of brand partners, and producing award-winning content. She then moved to the brand side, working in the luxury travel and hospitality space, planning influencer trips and experiences, as well as managing brand social channels. She is passionate about creating content that seamlessly marries engaging story-telling with impactful brand messaging.

DAVID JONES

David began his project management career path working for the U.S. government where he planned and executed various mission types and controlled the distribution of assets both nationally and internationally. Moving into the civilian sector, David continued this path working in Audio-Visual design and installation. He spent the last 2 years of his A/V career specifically managing design projects. He brings over 10 years of project management and asset control to the team.

CASSIE CRONIN

Cassie started her career in social media working at a fast-paced influencer marketing agency. She has worked alongside an array of influencers and VIP talent to produce branded social content. She has partnered with creators to execute on-site social campaigns at events such as the Billboard Music Awards, Bravocon, and KCON LA. She strives to connect brands with the best talent in order to produce high-quality digital content that has great impact.

JENN DOOLEY

Spending most of her career as a corporate concierge at one of the largest mutual fund institutions, Jenn brings more than 14 years of hospitality and event experience to the KRo team. With a focus on curating special moments and events, Jenn is continuously exploring innovative ways to streamline and enhance service to maximize the client experience.  

SHERRILEE STOUDT

Working her way up from a Front Desk agent to Director of Sales and Marketing in the hotel world, and then in Business Development/Event Management at Daytona International Speedway, Sherrilee has spent her career honing her customer service skills.  Working closely with corporate sponsors and VIP clients for the Daytona 500, Rolex 24 Hour and AMA races taught Sherrilee some valuable tools she uses now in her concierge role.  Her professionalism and upbeat attitude have served her well in her various management roles throughout her career.

With 10 years of experience, Erin enjoys transforming ideas into reality to create tailored and memorable events. She focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with social influencers and ensures their experiences before, during and after a collaboration is representative of luxury brands.
